Warranty& Return

The Warranty is valid on the selected product's date from date of retail purchase. Kessler warrants products free of manufacturing defects. The warranty is for defective products and no claim can be made due to incorrect installation. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear and abuse of the product. Kessler Import& Export (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for any damages, of any nature, including but not emcompassng, consequential or indirect loss arising from any defects.

 

Returns will be refunded or exchanged if unused and in its original packaging with original proof of purchase. The Product is installed by a competent and suitably qualified installer. Customers must ensure that the Product is free of visible defects before purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, wilful or accidental damage, damage caused by negligence, normal wear and tear, scuffs or scratches, improper installation, improper storage, abnormal usage (including usage in extreme temperatures) or damage caused by improper maintenance or cleaning (including the use of unidentified chemicals or cleaners containing corrosive agents). Damage caused by impurities in the water supply or acts or events beyond our control are not covered.

Proof of purchase is required when lodging a claim, If you have bought our products from via 3rd party please contact them.
